Doctors app for ttc …

Hi ladies now sure I’ve posted in the right place but ..

after a while debating I’ve finally got the confidence to make a doctors appointment to check what’s going on after taking a long time ttc , they’ve told me this will start with a phone call from the doctor.
just wondering if anyone has had this or what happened for them ? It’s taken me a while to actually build up to get some help/checks and just wanted some stories really .

they will do bloods on you and check your tubes are or blocked by putting blue dye through them and your partner will get sent for sperm analysis. Just make sure you request all of this if they don’t offer it to you

feeling a bit nervous about the whole thing so knowing what to expect & things to ask for really helps , ❤️

@MorticiaL I felt so nervous to but it was actually not to bad I promise. When they check your tubes they inflate a balloon inside you and run dye though it and I got a slight sharp pain but it is bearable and if they find out what’s happening it’s worth it ♥️ ask the doctor to check your thyroid too this can be out slightly x
