Can anyone help with my temp chart?

Morning!

im really confused, I have had all the signs of ovulation, but no lh surge on my tests, could I have ovulated without this? It doesn’t match up? I do have PCOS so I know my cycles can be irregular!

I can see why you're feeling confused!

I would say that you can't really confirm ovulation with temping until you see a sustained rise - I think FF will confirm it after 3 days of higher temps.

If you did ovulate, it's possible that you had a short LH peak that you missed with the tests - like, say, if it was overnight or in the morning and you tested in the afternoon.

Mine are like this too OP. I haven’t I’d yet ov’d this cycle and am taking OPKs to try and pinpoint it but the cycle I conceived my first I had no positive OPK but definitely ovulated! I’ve heard that some peoples hormone levels naturally run lower. I guess it might be that what counts as a positive is lower for some than others - so test line may not ever get as dark as control for me.
as PP said though you can only confirm ov after 3 days of raised temps so keep going until you’re sure you’ve ovulated.

So the 0.33 reading CD 17/18 might be your positive OPK.
also I don’t think OPKs are reliable for PCOS as it affects LH levels.

Thank you! Yes i will see what the next few days bring with my temp! I did wonder if i could have potentially missed it! I just wasnt sure if could actually have ovulated without and LH surge showing on my tests!
