OPK & bbt chart help

Hi everyone.

This is my first month of charting and I don’t think mine looks like others that I’ve seen. Can anyone who is used to reading these tell me if I should be concerned about the dip entering in to my fertile window?

I’m also using clear blue digital and have had two days of flashing smiley faces. I’ve been told that CBD monitors for an estrogen spike as well as LH so I know this doesn’t necessarily mean I won’t ovulate, but I don’t know, something feels a bit off about the chart 🤔

I use a different app for charting (fertility friend) which I really recommend for all of the info (charting course) etc. On this one it looks like there is a predicted fertile window but it’s the Opk that you want to monitor as that will let you know when you reach peak fertility. Then the BBT will be able to confirm once you have already ovulated (thermal shift). Definitely worth learning about bbt patterns as it’s fascinating!!

Thanks @CurlyWurly1991 - the prediction I think is based on the imported apple health data (I’ve tracked my periods for a number of years).

the BBT and LH do seem to be moving in parallel but I thought it looked a bit weird to be dipping as I enter the fertile window. I’d doubt the window but the clear blue digi tests back up the prediction.

maybe I’ll have a fast onset spike? It’s all super interesting but it’s also stressing me out watching the chart build up 😂

@glasspaw i guess everyone is different so you will learn your patterns over time. I tend to have a single dropped temperature on the day of ovulation then it spikes up.

It’s just shot up to 1.4 from 0.35 this morning and I’ve got a static smiley on CB. Guess I don’t have a gradual increase! I could have missed it only testing once a day.
