Getting pregnant after contraception

Hi everyone.
I had my last depo injection march 2019 & I'm still trying to conceive. I'm 24 this year and struggling. Has anyone got any tips or advice that could help

Go to the GP and get your day 21 bloods checked to begin with to make sure you’re ovulating and also book a semen analysis for your partner.

Get your thyroid checked out too . What about ovulation strips? Have you tried them?
