Hey!! 1dpo here too ttc dc2! Pcos also in the mix & a 90’s baby (not sure if you are but guessing by the username haha!) is this your first cycle trying?

I am 1dpo too. 2nd cycle trying for DC1.

I recently began a new job so half of me originally didn't want to be pregnant too soon but also didn't want to put off TTC when everything else in my life is ready.
I know it's completely normal for it to take a while and half am settled in for the journey, but it's impossible not to be impatient and expect it to happen. Normal feelings that we do everything 'right' each month and DTD daily over the fertile week but I guess that's all part of it. Trying to think 'it'll happen when it's meant to and go with the flow'.

@SparklyNewt first cycle ttc#1 back in 2021 lasted 79 days for me then I was offered a job so decided to relax on the ttc front for cycle 2 while I worked my months notice (but didnt have the heart to prevent it as I thought conceiving would be difficult, especially after the length of the first cycle so ‘relaxed’ about it) and………. now I have a 13 month old, boisterous little lady😅

Hey girls !!!!:) @SparklyNewt 100% it's like you aren't bothered then it doesn't happen immediately and your like ok thanks body now give me a baby NOW😂😂! @PeeBeee cystic sistas .. 90s baby yesss ! Dc 3 for me.! Last one was super fast - complete fluke on cycle 1/2 as I had the pcos well under control for a while ! Now it's terrible huge long cycles since dc2 was 8m - now almost 1! Is that Mira you are using !? I have one and starting using it if I don't concieve this cycle ! So excited to be on this journey together ladies it just makes such a difference ! So everyone this is a place to cry / complain / laugh we got this 💪🏼💪🏼 x x

@PeeBeee is that you ovulating on cd 32 or am I reading wrong ! So I get stupid multiple peaks and so much ewcm so so annoying ! I think I finally ovulated after my 3rd positive opk 🤦🏻‍♀️! ( I hope) - I'm just glad I know I have the ability to . We'll have had . So I think I am 1dpo on cd 28 - the joys of pcos 😅😂 you will totally get me ... x x

@90mamabear app has it that I ovulated cd33 but I usually get ovary pain and I got that on the night of cd31 🤷🏻‍♀️I am treating today as 2po though so I don’t test super early!

the app is easy@home and it’s their opks I use off Amazon! My first cycle trying for dd lasted 79 days!! It was awful! But then I fell pregnant the next cycle so I got incredibly lucky! I feel so stressed that I won’t be as lucky this time round and I know I will be gutted if I don’t fall first cycle which is silly! Lol

@PeeBeee was the cycle you conceived a long one too !? I'm literally exactly the same , I know last time was luck ! My pcos is out of control at the moment ! :( x x

@90mamabear it would have been around 44 days if I hadn’t fallen pregnant so nowhere near as long but still long! Lol

my first few periods after dd were within 30 days, I thought that had sorted them out but alas they are back misbehaving!

last cycle was 43 days and cycle before that was 57 days, this cycle will be around 45 xx

@PeeBeee honestly lady we are twins ! Ha ! Mine exact same after ds i thought he had cured me lol! ... now I think word than ever ! This wi be a 41 day cycle for me. Do you like me get several peaks . It's so annoying for me . I keep thinking that's me done for the month then my body gears up again so obv it's working very hard to ovulate ! But just glad we know we can x x

@PeeBeee ive only been religiously testing lh this cycle as it’s the first cycle but only had the one peak (although my levels fluctuated alot in the weeks before ovulation - never managed to go positive)

theres a little voice in the back of my head going ‘how do you actually know you ovulated’ and I am trying to shush it! The joys of irregular periods! Lol x

@PeeBeee same ! Especially when my body is working very hard. So 3dpo todsy and cramping a lot ! Ewcm has at last gone ! So I'm hoping so much xx

Starting to feel pms ish now 🤔 so so confused by this cycle :( I've no idea what's going on 😅

@90mamabear 5dpo today and not feeling much apart from really bad heartburn which was my first symptom with dd but not got my hopes up at all, trying to remind myself I have a very low chance of falling pregnant on first cycle to manage my expectations!

Hi! Joining here not in the tww yet but I think I’m ovulating on monday.

Hello!!! I’m 3 DPO now… I ovulated on CD23… for some reason since TTC my cycles are becoming longer and longer… But definitely caught the peak and had accompanying ovulation pain so fingers crossed…
We get married on Monday and with Father’s Day next week jt would be bloody lovely to get a positive 🥰 good luck ladies… this is our third cycle… no idea how it hasn’t happened already because we DTD A LOT last month over peak and nothing :-(

One dpo today for me. We're going to cornwall in a week so hopefully that'll take my mind of the second week wait

Hi all newbies to this thread ! ❤️ so I took a test this morning . I had had 2x lh peaks ! But I began to feel symptoms properly and knew the 2nd peak would make me 6dpo so too early . So just to check (i must be 10/11 dpo) , I took a test this morning and got this :0. I actually cannot believe my eyes . X x

@PeeBeee I have either conceived on CD 22 or 23 ! X x

I will stick about to hear all of your news and support you! Without Mumsnet my 2ww's with all of my babies would have been terrible ! Amazing place x x forever thankful !- this is last baby so my last ttc forum of all goes well this time. 🙏🏻

@90mamabear thank you!! I am 6dpo today according to inputting my opks into premom but going by ovary pain and the first shoot in lh, I think I am 8dpo so your news has tempted me to take a test but going to try and stay strong to Wednesday🤞🏼🤞🏼lol x x x
