Hi!

I started trying to conceive with my partner back in jan - I have 2 previous children who were not expected! I then got diagnosed with hypermobility syndrome leading to 2 pelvic prolapses in feb.
I came off depo provera in September 2022 and combi pill in December - I am concerned about my lack of ovulation, 45 day + cycles and lack of ability to get pregnant given my past 2 being conceived on pill. I’m only 24 so it does worry me.

have any of you got some positive insights or stories or even just some realistic input as I am completely lost with the idea of ‘trying’ saying as I never have had to before!

Lot of love to you all, more context can be given but I didn’t want to bore you all straight off the mark x

Hey, im really sorry to hear youve had a tough time 😔 I wouldn't worry to much as your cycles can take time to regulate again after coming off contraception, also the depo can affect conception for upto 18months after coming off it so that maybe why you haven't conceived yet. It's a progesterone contraception so it suppresses ovulation and can take a long time to come out of your system. You will get there ❤️
