Sore boobs making life miserable

I’m currently ttc #1 and stopped the pill just after Christmas. My cycles are quite regular however I’m finding that my boobs get SO sore, it starts right before my LH peak and gets progressively worse until the day of my period. I got my LH peak yesterday and already I’m literally in agony. I do a lot of sport and find it almost unbearable to run even with a decent sports bra, my boobs are not even very big (C cup at best) but any movement and I’m almost in tears. Even if the shower falls on them I’m in agony!! Is there anything I can do to help with this that won’t impact on my ability to conceive?

Are you taking any vitamins? Mine were exactly like this when taking seven seas TTC vitamins. Literally couldn’t even walk down the stairs the my were so sore. When I stopped taking them the sore boobs stopped

Sorry for jumping on but @zorrodrt oh my goodness - i have been taking seven seas for about 3 weeks now when starting to ttc#2 and have been going crazy taking pregnancy tests as my boobs hurt randomly and i NEVER got sore boobs… never had any pain or sensitivity with them when pregnant with dc1. Just got my peak today and my boobs have been hurting on and off for 3 days prior so could be some truth in it!

No I haven’t been taking vitamins yet but as we’ve been through a few unsuccessful tries I actually bought the seven seas preconception vitamins and was going to start them next month! I’m thinking twice about it now. DH just snuck up on me and jokingly tried to squeeze my boobs omg I almost punched him!

@PeeBeee i posted about it at the time and had loads of responses saying they’d had the same thing and completely stopped when stopping them. It’s the vitamin B6 in them apparently!
@Beaujolaisqueen i definitely wouldn’t start taking them if they’re already this sore. I couldn’t even get on top when having sex because they were that sore 🙈😂😂
