Late but negative

So I posted previously and asked what I thought was a stupid question about cycles if one period was delayed, and got some great advice.

The back story is as follows:

Period last week of March (26th) as expected.
Surgery in April that meant my period was delayed from the last week of April to only starting May 3rd.
Based on my cycle (and Flo app) should have come back on Thursday June 1st.

Having done a pregnancy test every day so far this week and they're all coming back negative, just fancied some reassurance or friendly chat. Is it possible I'm pregnant? 2 days late I'd have assumed a positive test would show by now if I was.
If I'm not, wonder what would be delaying Aunt Flo.

What surgery did you have?

If gynae then it's more than likely due to that still. X

Removal of a Bartholin's cyst, so nothing invasive as such because it's all "external" in a way. But the general anaesthetic has delayed my period every other time I've had to have it, so I assumed it was the anaesthetic rather than the surgery itself. I don't know what the norm is for my period getting back on track. From memory anaesthetic has only ever delayed my subsequent period and it's been back to a 30/31 day cycle the next time.
