BBT - is this a good sign?

Can anyone help me make sense of my chart please - I have long cycles anyway and this is my first month using BBT.

It looked like I was out as my temp started to drop, but this morning it's gone back up! Has anyone had anything similar and it's led to a BFP? Or do you think I'm out? My sleep for the last few days has been rubbish so not sure if that's impacted it (we also DTD last night which may explain the rise?)

I'm so new to this and just don't want to get my hopes up. Has anyone experienced something similar or can give some advice please?

Thank you!

So I was tracking bbt for about 8 months pre pregnancy (though not ttc the whole time due to recovery time for ectopic) so I could get a good grasp of how it worked for me. Everyone has slightly different patterns. Personally I found on the cycles I conceived (3x but only one successful pregnancy) I had the initial post ovulation spike 24ish hours afterwards then a plateau and a second spike around day 9 (implantation time). Cycles in which I did not conceive I had no second spike and my temp would drop on the day my period started (or day afterwards if it started late evening/night time as I always measured it around 5-6am).
But like I say people have different patterns and it will usually take a few months of tracking to get a good grip on yours.
