Cycle suddenly a week early..

Hi I'm 41, 3 children and cycle has always been 28 days exactly. Very occasionally a day or 2 late.

Just had a 22 day cycle! Wondering what this means 😄. Definitely feel like I ovulated as have loads of signs, but ovulated very early.

Am I entering perimenopause, would u say? Thank you

I have heard of cycles getting shorter in peri-menopause but so hard to say! Could just be one of those random things! Maybe ask your GP?

@SnookyPook Thanks for your reply. Will keep an eye on it! It just seems very strange after years of an extremely regular cycle.

Far from trying to TTC I've happily used natural methods to avoid pregnancy (or get pregnant) throughout my whole adult life with no concerns. Now I feel like an unpredictable cycle could make life harder! 😄 I'll have to be very careful next month :))
