Hi all,
I experience spotting from around 8DPO each month so I have been prescribed cyclogest to improve my progesterone levels. I was advised to take it 1DPO (today). However, for the first time ever I have started spotting today (a week earlier than usual).
Has anyone experienced spotting directly after ovulation? I can't understand why the sudden change or if it can even be explained by low progesterone so close to ovulation. I haven't even begun cyclogest yet but am now wondering if there is even any point this month?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
