1DPO - testing 10 June anyone else?

So I’m 1 DPO TTC #2 this is our second month. We had last month off because my husband was away with work during ovulation.

If I conceive this month baby will be a Valentines baby 🥰. I ovulated earlier than expected this week so only BD the day before ovulation, ovulation and day after🤞🏻 hoping that’s enough.

one is all it takes and that sounds like the optimal day!!!

I was late (think the flu knocked it back) but will be testing 8th June just before you. Holding out till then! 😁

Have you been trying long? Sorry to hear you’ve had the flu, the timing of everything can be so stressful

@TTCing how old is your LO? My DS is 2.5 such a sweet age. We had him during lockdown and it didn’t take us long to conceive but we also didn’t have much going on so we’re quite relaxed and home all day 😂

@Giles1008 this is our first month trying! I have been pregnant before , twice through failed contraception but unfortunately both MMC.
remaining positive though that this is now our tIme 😊

Hi, I think I'm 2dpo today 18m in to TTC #1. Aiming to test 9th June. I'm normally an early tester but really want to try and wait til 14dpo this month if AF not arrived.

It sounds like you DTD at the ideal time OP so fingers crossed for you and everyone in this thread 💕

@Mangotango39 he is 2.5 so it would be quite a nice age gap. We have an abroad wedding in May next year, my brother in law so we need to take a break after this month to make sure baby isn’t too young or I’m too pregnant. So really hope this is our month, although the stats are about 20% chance so I know it’s unlikely.

Sorry to hear your about your MMC, hopefully his is your month 🤞🏻.We caught first time with my son, it’s so exciting are you tracking with OPKs

@dabs9 I will testing a similar time if I wait it out!

I tested early in March and spent the whole week in mind games with myself. It can become quite unhealthy I think. So I’m going to try and hold out until that weekend - I’ll be 13 DPO on June 9th. I got a faint positive 10 DPO with my son and a really strong positive by 14 DPO.

@Giles1008 I think it can cause more stress than good sometimes but it's so difficult to wait, it feels like those 2 weeks last a lifetime doesn't it 😂
I do track with opk and bbt normally but this month I wanted to try and ease off a bit because I have long cycles and I was getting really stressed by it.
Think I ovulated CD16 which is unusual for me but I was over the moon. This morning I've noticed red blood when checking my cm.. do any of you get this around ovulation time?
Wondering if O day was actually yesterday or today based on that spotting. Who knows!! Also have run out of my strip opks and didn't order more to force me not to obsess lol.

Really hope this is your month.. how long of a break will you take for the wedding if it doesn't happen this time? X

@dabs9 definitely agree with the stress, I’m on annual leave this week so thankfully quite a few plans to keep me busy.

I’m no help with symptoms sorry - I sometimes get spotting, cramps and sore boobs other times nothing. It’s really annoying and you notice everything when TTC 🙄. I have found the prenatal intake impact my cycle quite a lot - do you take anything in particular.

We will wait until December so quite the break. That will give me a DD of September, so at the wedding I’ll be 5-6 months which will be fine to fly.

My daughter is almost 18 months. It took us over a year to conceive her, so we were expecting it to take a while again. But it’s still disappointing when it takes a while.

How’s everyone doing with the TWW, I’ve managed 4 days and now it’s consuming my thoughts 😂🤭🤞🏻

I'm not sure that I've actually ovulated yet this month 😩 did BBT 3&4dpo and was low on both. Haven't properly tested it this month but have done it enough months to know what my post ov temp should be. Also started my CB digital opk again yday and got a flashing smiley today.
Feeling quite frustrated and confused but just trying to get on with it x

@dabs9 oh that’s frustrating! It might still be high from your ovulation?

I’ve not BBT since we started trying again because our little boy comes into our bed lost nights 😂 so doubt it would be accurate.

I’m feeling fine, no symptoms that’s how I hope it stays. I had no symptoms when I was pregnant with my son but usually I get quite teary and emotional the day before AF. So I’ll know if I’m out.

@Giles1008 maybe, but my opks normally go pretty negative after ovulation. Should be 5dpo today.

It's crazy how even a little change can make the result void!

Fingers crossed for no symptoms for you, although they do say every pregnancy is different so I suppose even if you do get symptoms it could still be your month. I do hope so.

I always try to wait until AF but normally cave at 9dpo 😂 10 would be a good goal xx

I'm 12 DPO had some blood spotting yesterday and today, very very slight..

The flo app is telling me to wait another week to test.. what day would you guys say to test? I'm due my period on Saturday

Hey, if it was me I'd probably test tomorrow or Friday. If the spotting is due to implantation you'd hopefully be able to see something a couple of days after it starting x

Do you think it's always best to test in the morning? And what is the best test

@colleenbean86 yea I would always test with first morning pee. I use the easy @ home or premom pregnancy test strip but I know a lot of people like the first response early result ones 🙂

I live in ibiza so option and pretty low.. they have clear blue here.. but are very expensive 🙀

I just order mine on Amazon. Obviously not much help for tomorrow but I get all my ovulation and preg tests from there x

@colleenbean86 I order from Amazon too or I did get a FRER with my first pregnancy but took it after my missed period and it was really strong.

Can I join you. I shall be testing on the 11th. First month officially trying for baby number 2. My other one turns 2 in June and thought now I should take it serious actually have sex during ovulation so I'm officially in the TWW and it's consuming all my thoughts.

@Scarftown 👋🏻 hi welcome my AF is due 10th, so we’re similar in timings. I too have a 2yo he’s a January baby. I’m finding this age so sweet!

Hoping to wait it out until at least next Tuesday/ Wednesday. I find it difficult to wait.
