Autoimmune condition affecting fertility?

Hi all,

I've been TTC for over a year now. Every test has been normal except I am low in progesterone. I take pessaries but this doesn't seem to be helping. I attended an acupuncturist who advised that my body is very "inflamed" and suggested I might have an undiagnosed autoimmune condition.

Have arranged to discuss further with my GP but just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, where such a condition (although I'm not sure what exactly?) contributed to fertility difficulties?

Thank you!

thyroid disorders (hashimotos or graves) can affect fertility and you may not be aware that you have it if only borderline.
