Heavier bleeding

I thought i had implantation bleeding but started getting heavier ,if i have a pad on there is only a small amount but when i wipe lots more ,has anyone had this followed by a positive test ,i have had nausea ,sore boobs ,heart burn and tummy pains ,what i have now is not like my normal AF as it started 3 days earlier with pink spotting and then a red /brown colour ,been going on 4 days now ,its turned to a more red colour but no clots ,can you get implantaion for longer x

This is happening to me now. I had a positive test on 20th May and clear blue digital said 1-2 weeks, yesterday I had light pink spotting and today it’s gone to more of a red colour but there’s no clots and it seems more watered down than a period. I done another 2 digital tests and it says 2-3 weeks and I got a dark line on my normal pregnancy test. I had a private scan today and they said pregnancy of an unknown location which could mean either a miscarriage, an ectopic pregnancy or I’m just simply to early for it to show on a scan. I’m hoping it’s because I’m too early but the bleeding is making me anxious
