I have never really taken much notice of my mucus (EWCM?) but after getting the positive ovulation stick on Saturday I popped to the shop and as I was walking through the supermarket I suddenly felt really - well, wet is the only way I could describe it. It was like I had just got my period (I hadn't) and I had to go and check. It was I am guessing my Mucus, which was thin and watery but not really like egg-white - it didn't have a very stretchy consistency to it.

Would this be a good sign?

ew! is that real (the pic!)? no - not that stretchy, much more watery really.

We did get lots of practice in and so I am feeling hopeful. Drinking lots of water, trying not to stress myself out and keeping my fingers crossed.

No idea if it is real, found it on another thread!

Must admit, my 'EWCM' is not like that, mine is runnier and whiter.

You get used to the umm.... lowered standard of topics on MN, I almost went on to explain about EWCM to my mum the other day, had to catch my self before I fell! LOL

Beaniestevie: my most fertile mucus tends to be watery too. Actually I think it is a good sign as the watery stuff seems to look more like semen to me, i.e. I think maybe it's really good for helping sperm survive. (Just my guess, but it seems logical)

yay - well here's hoping. I am 4days past ovulation (or past the stick being showing a positive sign) so have loads of time to wait. I haven't been this obsessed since the first month I tried (Oct) and am hoping I am not disappointed
