So apologies for graphic pic. But most months since MMC (6 months) I've been getting mid cycle discharge like this. Ie fairly bright yellow. Lasts a few days seems concurrent with EWCM. I've also been getting 2 days spotting just before the EWCM phase.
I'd be amazed if its an STI (only dtd with dh since more than 15 yrs) but maybe thrush/bv? No smell or other symptoms though. Just slightly alarmed by the colour......

Not experienced this but a quick google references STI’s or hormonal issues. Go see a doctor

Thanks. I'll add that I have googled extensively and agree it just says most likely STI but I really believe that is impossible.... Do have doc appointment booked but its still 3 weeks away as my surgery are really busy and have said its not an emergency.....

I'm sure I've heard some people say that certain pregnancy vitamins can affect this? Might be remembering wrong though... Good luck getting some answers x

Yes! I had this after my miscarriage, I actually put a post on here back then asking if anyone else had bright yellow discharge after and I had no replies.

I still have it now, a yellow tinge 5 months later but it's alot less bright and only at certain times in my cycle (during my fertile days it turns clear) I went to the doctors, had no infection/smell etc so from my research I figured it was caused by a hormonal imbalance from the miscarriage. Hope this is helpful

Do you take any vitamin supplements?

hennie222 · 19/05/2023 22:21

Thanks all! Yes... in the past few months I've just started taking the pregnacare conception max ... maybe it's that! I'll get checked out by the docs regardless but that's put my mind at ease a bit as a possible explanation.......
