BBT all over the place

Hello,

After 13 years I came off the pill in March and started TTC. I’ve been tracking my fertility using LH tests and also taking my temperature. Last month I had a 48 hour LH surge but no rise in temp. This month, nothing. My temperature seems to be so all over the place- despite the fact I test as soon as I wake up etc…

I’ve attached screenshots but would love some opinions. Did anyone else have this happen? Am I still ovulating? Is it my body getting back into a routine after contraception?

I can't get on with temping either to be honest. Not sure if I have a dodgey thermometer but Eve try day my temp was very different 🤔

Gosh don't bother with BBT. It's so so so unpredictable! I did it for 6 months alongside ovulation clearblue digi - the BBT was way off.

Sorry, I can't really understand that chart app. If you want you could put the temps into fertility friend, as it's SO much easier to understand. I could help more then!

If you've only been off the pill two months, I think it's pretty likely your cycles haven't settled yet. I'd keep at the temping and you'll hopefully get clearer patterns when they do.

Take it you're temping within a half hour time window every morning? And getting at least 4-5 hours sleep beforehand? And using a thermometer with two decimal places?
