Query about post ovulation times

I just wondered how do you work out how many days you are post ovulation?
So I tested postive on my ovulation strip on 6th May and my period is due 21st May? Thanks

It’s hard to know exactly but I’d estimate ovulating a day after the test. If you have another test you could test again and see if it still reads positive the next day. it’s often around that time anyway and you may notice other symptoms.

Did you continue to test to see if that day was your peak? Ovulation would Usually be day after peak. So if 6th was your peak, 7th would roughly be Ovulation meaning today would be approx 9 days post ovulation.
