Daren't hope

Hi,

Its my first post so bare with me...

I had a dream on Friday night that I had a faint positive test. I woke up and immediately told DH who said he had got me some tests and I should go and do one. According to my app it was the end of my fertile window so I didn't think much about it, although I hadn't done any ovulation tests and my cycles have been off lately. I left the test in the bathroom thinking I saw something out the corner of my eye, then DH went in only a few minutes later and called me back in because there was a second line! It was clear to see but not clear if it had any pink in it so I convinced us both it was an evap line and did a CBD 6 days early the following day which was negative.

Is it ridiculous to let myself hope CBD was a false negative?

If it wasn’t clear that there was any pink in it (& the test possibly wasn’t read in the time specified) then it was likely an evap or indent.
You should be able to see some colour in the line for a positive.
Give it a couple of day then test again. Good luck 🤞🏻
