does anyone have any experiences with these capsules? i've read a few threads where the tablets have messed cycles up - mine is long enough as it is and was hoping these would shorten it! i ovulate without needing to take the ovulation support capsules so im wondering if it would just be best if i take the fertility support ones on their own? any advice would be appreciated! :)
