Since coming off pill they have been….

1. 4wk 4d
2. 4wk 3d
3. 4wk 3d
4. 4wk 2d
5. 4wk (first cycle TTC)

Currenty awaiting AF, today is 4wk 1d since last period. Had some brown discharge yesterday and got lots of hormonal spots so think it’s coming.
Any advice on best way to work out ovulation?

Best way is measuring your temp or using LH trips with an app.

I couldn't get along with taking my temp as it needs to be same time each day and few others things.

I purchased LH on Amazon and log them into the app 'Premom' which predicts your ovulation from there 😊

AF showed up this morning so 4wk 1d since last period, it’s different every cycle as you can see 🥴
I said I’d be relaxed about it all but that’s not happening lol x

That's Ok - I don't think changing cycles is a huge issue - having a period regularly is already one big tick 😁

I change 29 - 32 days but most commonly 31 days. Seem to be ovulating late around cycle day 19.

but it's fine aslong as your time between ovulation and period is atleast 10 days I read.
