A bit of fun, a bit of ‘I’ll give anything a go’. What have you tried while ttc and has it worked?
When ttc my first we tried bbt tracking, legs in the air, stopping alcohol and caffeine completely, stopping intense exercise, cutting out refined sugar. None of that seemed to work.
When we finally conceived we had recently started using preseed lube and maca root powder. We’d also both just recovered from an awful cold / virus.
Not sure any of these things made a difference but I like to feel I’m doing everything I can!
Just read on another post about grapefruit juice so I’m going to give that a go too.
