DPO confusion?

I am just very confused right now.
I ovulated earlier than normal this cycle. I normally ovulate around cycle day 14/15.

This cycle on cycle day 13 I got my peak fertility.
On cycle day 13 in the morning the clearblue ovulation test was high fertility and as the lines were very strong I rechecked in the evening around 9pm and received the peak fertility on the clear blue ovulation tester.

My question is when am I 1dpo.
Should I count 1dpo cycle day 15 as I received peak fertility on cycle day 13 evening?

Also we had sex 2nd- which is 1 day before peak on clear blue /3rd- which is day of peak /4th with is day after peak. Am I still with a chance? I just feel like we have BD too much

I would class 1DPO as CD15. When you get your peak you haven't ovulated at that moment, you are about to ovulate within the next 12- 24 hours (or something like that, Google it for the right timings) so if you didn't get your peak til evening of CD13, it's unlikely you ovulated until at least day 14.

I was getting very down as I've tested today with a cheapie test.

I thought I was 9dpo today and was clear negative. So technically I'm 8 dpo so maybe still with a chance xx

Lol I did exactly the same. I tested at 8DPO (thought I was 9DPO) and gutted with the stark white negative. However once I recounted I realised I was only 8DPO at the latest, I had ovulation pain about 30 hours after I saw my peak.

FYI I didn't get a positive test until 10DPO and it was EXTREMELY faint. And I've seen lots of ladies on here not seeing a line until 12 or 13 DPO - I think it can depend on how long your luteal phase tends to be. Mine is short, I ovulate around CD21 and my cycle is about 31 days. So if you have a longer luteal phase than 10 days you may not see a positive until a little later.

I think I'm just going to test a day before AF is due. I did this with my last pregnancy!

I used easy@home tests. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I normally wait until day before period, I don't know why I caved so early this time. I think it was partly because I bought easy@homes and I had so many of them, I thought I may as well! Previous pregnancies I've used FRER and only had a pack of 2 so it made me hold out til longer 😆

I did a test yesterday which was negative just waiting on AF!
