So, I'm wondering if consuming lactose affects fertility and TTC for someone who is lactose intolerant."

"Now, I'm being naughty and eating dairy while TTC. I'm wondering if that's hindering my chances, as I've been trying to conceive for a few months now with no success."

Apparently so.

This is because sensitivities can still contribute to inflammation in the body, even in the absence of symptoms. In the presence of inflammation, fertility challenges may arise. Therefore, even if you do not experience physical symptoms with the consumption of dairy, the resulting inflammation from a sensitivity may be affecting your chances of conceiving.
