Baby dance at the wrong time??

Hey guys,

I had a miscarriage on the 17th of April and am trying to conceive again. I have been tracking my ovulation and on Sunday I got a positive ovulation test. I read online that this is the best day to try and unfortunately couldn’t also try yesterday (Monday) . Have I messed up? I am cramping a little today on my left side. I know sperm can live up to 5 days but was yesterday the best day rather than 8 hrs after I got my peak LH? New to this 😩 should I try again tonight??

After the Peak - it is likely you'll ovulate 24-48 hrs with the egg hanging around there for about 12 ish hours after it drops .. so yes that day is a good day, but sometimes so is the next TWO... you never can be sure when that egg drops, unless of course you do the Basal body temping or get bloods done with the GP.

But it sounds promising - if you managed to dtd 5 days before that peak test, your ticket is still in the draw as I like to say! Still very much a chance
Also I would DTD again tonight if you can ;)

I haven’t seen the term ‘baby dance’ for at least 20 years.

Have sex again tonight, it can’t do any harm and might just be the one.

Okay great! So we had sex about 10 hrs after my peak test , so will again tonight and hopefully fingers crossed 🤞 thank you!
