Should test lines be in the same place?

Morning,

I've been having BFP for a week. Wanted to check every few days that lines aren't going down. I checked this morning and the test line looks much fainter than two days ago. Left was 7 May and right today. I've noticed though that the test line, on the same brand and type of test, are at different places. Could it be a faulty test or is it likely a chemical?

P.s. i should be 5 weeks and 2 days

I would think the 2nd is faulty. Even the control line doesn't have proper colour, and there is an evap line where the Test line should be.
