What is your pre ovulatory BBT?

I’ve been temping the past few months and read that a pre ovulatory BBT of below 36.4 could indicate thyroid issues. Is this true?

Interesting! I didn’t know that. I am v early in BBT tracking but also concerned about thyroid has had bloods back ok the cusp of the ranges. Looks like my average is 36.37 according to natural cycles x
