BBT Charting - are my post ovulation temps high enough?

I’m either 5dpo or 4dpo, and my temperature has increased daily.
But I can’t help but think if conception would be happening the temp should be minimum 37.00.

Has anyone had similar values and got a BFP?
I’m trying not to go the symptoms spotting path this cycle and just check temperature, as I’ve had all the symptoms in the world during other cycles and nothing.

This cycle I ovulated for sure as I felt the pain and had CM.

Any ideas are reaaaally appreciated 🥹

I’m trying not to worry too much and tell myself there’s still plenty of time left and not make it a chore but I’m getting so impatient.

@alexalexalex18 I had zero symptoms other than some cramping which was just like AF cramping. I hadn't got pregnant or ovulated before in all our years or trying but that month felt different , if that makes sense. I just had a feeling from that one particular night we dtd . Like mentally really calm , in a bubble type feeling. I knew I was pregnant and couldn't really explain it

I don’t have any symptoms and no feeling, other than terror it might be another failure.

How did you know, what lead to that feeling?

@alexalexalex18 not every woman experiences symptoms , especially this early. Most women don't even know they are pregnant and often a missed period is the first sign. I wouldn't read too much into symptoms or lack of

I feel like my petiod is about to come, my ovaries ache. Still 3 days to go but I think I’m out.

@alexalexalex18 3 days to go is still too early to tell if your pregnant or not. From reading the chat, I think your too focused on symptoms . Try to relax a bit more. Like above user said, the majority of women don't have any symptoms by the end of the TWW, nevermind 3 days before their period is due. Being late for their period is usually the first symptom

I had my BC implant out on 5/04. Period then came one 27/4 which was a surprise so quickly after not having periods for 7 years. It was quite light and only lasted three days but this wasn't uncommon for me when I used to have them. Using clue and it thought ovulation was 12/05 but randomly took a clear blue fertility test for the first time on 8/05 and it said peak fertility. Then did another one on 12/05 and came up with blank circle for no/low fertility.
I have now started bleeding and am very confused as if it is a period , i would have only had an 18 day cycle.

Has anyone this before? Just I do a pregnancy test just in case or wait till I thought I was going to have my next period?

@Kp1345 thats normal coming off impalant it can often take months for your cycles to settle down.
There's many causes for the bleeding.
If you ovulated in 8th May it'd highly unlikely you'll test positive for pregnancy. Ovulation dosent occur immediately. The surge is followed by ovulation 24 36 hours after a positive ovulation. Blastocyst stage takes 5 to 6 six to reach the womb. could be ovulation bleeding or it could just be your hormones aren't settled which can cause bleeding. It may be a normal period . 18 days is short but as you just came off bc it's not unusual to have a crazy cycle. You can also have a positive ovulation just before your period as lh levels rise before a period

I’m the worst when it comes to the 2ww.
But I do recognize the lower pelvis aches that start before AF is due.
Feeling bery depressed today and alongside these aches it makes it feel like PMS more.
Unless there’s exactly the same symptoms with pregnancy…

I ate my weight in junk food, Netflix binged and cried the whole day 🤦🏻‍♀️
I just wish I’d wake up 3 days from bow to either a period or a bfp.

If men were to be experiencing this they would’ve definitely create a test to tell 1dpo…

Cramps have really kicked into tonight. Thought for sure AF was going to arrive this morning as I always wee alot when it's coming. I reckon it'll be here any day now. Temps are rising up again but ive tested several days in row and BFN. I've been a little 'off' for days with a vast array of symptoms but I think its unrelated. I'm not expecting my BFN to change at this stage of the game

What’s tour dpo? I’ve been weeing like crazy since Saturday, even more than I usually do, which is a LOT. I don’t do it very often when I’m on my period, weirdly enough.

I’m not bloated, constipated, gassy and angry 😂
And my ovaries have a dull ache from time to time. Is that considered cramps?
I did a bit of reading on these forums and apparently most women have cramps around this time and get a bfp.

@MK85 if your temps are rising you’re either:
Pregnant and it will show up
Ovulating or have just ovulated, maybe you didn’t actually ovulate when you thought
Have a UTI, which would correlate with the lots of weeing

@alexalexalex18 I'm one day late and temp has taken a slump today so i assume mother nature will be arriving in the next day or two. I've had lots of ecwm yesterday and today which is unusual . Ah why couldn't I have had this much when I was ovulating

@MK85 You can get ewcm just before af I get it sometimes but it can also mean pregnancy.

You get a temp dip before ovulation as well, if I were you I’d try for a baby today and tomorrow!!

My boobs feel swollen and my nipples hurt like crazy, I haven’t had this sensitivity in years.
And I had a random spot of light blood today. No more cramps, just a weird feeling.

I’m spotting, had some brown discharge.
Just once.
What’s interesting is that I opened my other app, Flo, logged in spotting and it said it might be implantation bleeding.
And I don’t know why it expects me to have a ling cycle like last month, 35 days, when last month was an exception and I’m usually due in 31-32.

I’m hoping it’s implantation and not my period. Guess we’ll find out around Thursday, Friday 🥹

@alexalexalex18 how’s your chart looking? Any symptoms?

No more cramps or nipple ache, just spotting brown blood and disappointment.
My period is coming these days, it can’t be implantation, it would be too late.

How old is everyone here ? And how long have you been trying ? I've only started charting bbt this month

I just wanted to message after coming across your thread.

I am 31 and had been trying for 15 cycles before after 1 year of trying had some tests through GP (from the UK), they will do tests after 1 year and I had been referred to fertility specialist, although the wait to be seen was VERY long....however because of my BMI was told I couldn't be seen until BMI was lower so I ended up going private. In the end was Letrozole that was needed because although I was ovulating every month (confirmed by BBT every month and OPKS through Premom) my progesterone was not high enough due to the egg quality and the corpus luteum not producing enough progesterone to sustain a pregnancy. The Letrozole 7.5mg helped after 3 cycles trying different dosages and am now 12 weeks pregnant. The month I fell pregnant I wouldn't have thought any different to any other month, try not to symptom spot because it really is not helpful.

I normally have 12-13 day luteal phase every month and by 11DPO my temp started dropping and I knew AF was on the way. The only way I thought to take a test the month I fell pregnant was because on 12DPO my temp went up rather than the normal down. I tested and it was positive. The only symptoms I had before the positive test was cramps (usual to AF ones), lower back ache (which again was a bit usual before AF for me) and irritable (which again can be usual some times) so I never thought anything different. It was only once I tested positive on 12DPO that I felt more tired than normal and bloated.

I’m not sure how Letrozole helps with progesterone?

I tried 5mg the first time this cycle and might try 7,5mg next one, I’m done waiting.
