BBT Charting - are my post ovulation temps high enough?

I’m either 5dpo or 4dpo, and my temperature has increased daily.
But I can’t help but think if conception would be happening the temp should be minimum 37.00.

Has anyone had similar values and got a BFP?
I’m trying not to go the symptoms spotting path this cycle and just check temperature, as I’ve had all the symptoms in the world during other cycles and nothing.

This cycle I ovulated for sure as I felt the pain and had CM.

Any ideas are reaaaally appreciated 🥹

No I didn’t do any tests yet. I usually ovulate later with early ovulation here and there. I’ll go get my hormones and everything checked if we go past the one year mark.

@emmatcc1 nhs won't investigate fertility until you've been trying for 2 years if under 35 since its normal for couples to take upto 2 years to conceive. If over 35 then its 6 months

@MK85 I’m not from uk, so it’s 12 months here.

It’s so sad it’s like that. Imagine going for tests at 35 and finding out your AMH is almost zero…

@alexalexalex18 I was referred finally at 33 and I'm now 37 .. and still haven't found out my amh levels . If it wasn't for covid lockdowns affecting business and depleting our savings we'd have gone private long ago as nhs are a bloody joke

so sorry :( How much does testing AMH cost? Can you just walk in and order this lab test if you go private or do you need a doctor as well (private)?

NHS’ incompetence scares me but I try not to voice my opinion about it as I saw people in the UK praise it…

But I don’t remember if I woke up and went to pee an hour before or 2 or 3, no idea.

I expected to see my temp rising lots by now so I’m bummed.
It’s still very much above the coverline and 36.6 is the normal temp people should have but I just fear the worst. It’s also one more whole week before AF would be due…

Nah, I’ve been charting for a while but I don’t think it’s accurate as I wake up many times per night so I don’t think it makes sense to really trust the actual number, maybe more the trends.

Whenever I take my temp randomly in the evening it’s over 37.

How are you doing, what day are you, any signs of ovulation?
If you’re not from the UK and private gyno visits have reasonable prices I’d advise to go have a scan so the doctor can look at your follicles, so you time your window perfectly.

Where I’m from I think a visit and a scan are around £50.

I was browsing on Fertility Friend for charts similar to mine that ended up in pregnancy, here’s an example.
TBH now I’m just hoping that lack of symptoms is good, as I had all under the sun before and nothing. Last cyxke was the worse in terms of this..

All I feel is some backache (could be from gym) and I had some ovary area twinges/crams yesterday. I’m alway moody, doesn’t matter the cycle day 😂
And some pimples but could be cause I fell asleep with bb cream on 🥹

I got some watery cervical mucus and I think my test is a bit darker today so I’ll start testing twice tomorrow. I’m only on cd8 and I think I will have an early ovulation again.

@emmatcc1 How long is tour cycle? Is it always the same number of days? If you ovulate around day 10 I think tours should be 24 days

You should really try this one if you’re into testing LH.
Not only do you have the digital answer but you can also check the lines on the test once the device gives you the response.

It depends on when I ovulate but the last two cycles were 24days. My luteal phase is always 13 days.
I wanted to go with the cb tests but I think that’s a waste of money when the cheap ones do the same.

No, I hate the feeling of seeing negative tests. I’ll wait till the day my period is due I guess, though last month I had a really weird cycle and it ended up being 36 days so now it’s predicting the same time, even though my usual is 31-32.
So I might test in 4 or 5 days.

Tbh I usually have brown spotting the week leading to my period and it hasn’t happened yet 💃🏼
@MK85 what were your symptoms in december? Are there any symptoms before a bfp?

@alexalexalex18 I also hated testing and rather just waited for af but now I just want to know where I’m at as soon as possible so I’ll be regularly testing from this cycle on.

@alexalexalex18 If I could I would. Had to skip a cycle last month because it was getting too stressful.

This would be my first and I can’t imagine doing it again. I hope next one will be easier.

I know, it’s started to become like a chore. I absolutely detest it when people say don’t think about it or stop
stressing but my friends got to conceive when they did so. So who knows. I’m 33 and still haven’t managed to find a way to de stress.
