Is this normal

I'm on cycle day 13 today and I've received a peak static smiley face on my ovulation test kit which shows that I'm ovulating. I use the clear blue ovulation test.
Normally I ovulate on cycle day 14/15 and have high fertility which is the blinking smiley face on cycle day 13.

Is this normal and could I still get pregnant this month?

I ovulated earlier than normal on the month in conceived CD12/13 instead of 15/16 x
