TTC after C-Section

I've been trying to conceive since January. I lost my son on New Years Day, 15 days after I had him (C-section, Dec. 15th, 2022). So I've been trying since January to become pregnant. It was my first kid, so I've been in a dark place about it. When I got a positive last year in April I was so happy and couldn't believe it because I'm 32 and never had a child before. I've had miscarriages before so I've been using the FLO app and Ovia app to track fertility. I bought the Clearblue Ovulation (10 pack) tests to track. My flows have been a little irregular since my first period after the C-section was 15 days long (not lochia). My last menstrual was April 2nd, 2023 to the 4th (3 days, which is weird), followed by some light spotting a couple days after. I started testing with the strips on April 13th, which I got all, "low fertility" for 3 days. On April 16th, I got, "high fertility" and the next day on Monday (April 17th) I got "peak fertility" so I had sex that day. The next day (April 18th) I had very strong cramps on the left side almost felt like a fart was trapped 😂 so I assume I was ovulating. Then had sex again on the 19th (Wednesday). Hoping I didn't miss, "the big chance." I was so impatient I took a pregnancy test on the 23rd of April but it was negative so I thought maybe I tested too early? My period on FLO said it was due on Friday (April 28th). It hasn't came yet and it is now May 2nd today. This morning I felt pressure, very light cramps so I assumed my period would start but still nothing. Used the bathroom and had some milky, watery discharge on my panties and when I wiped it was light pink. I just want to know if it could be implantation bleeding or my period about to start soon. Hoping it is implantation and conception was sussecful. Sorry for the long post. I'm really on edge about becoming pregnant.

Also, I know my doctors and family have told me to wait to heal. Even though I started back working in February, I only went back to keep my mind focused. I know I should wait but I can't help it. I really miss having a son it was my first child that's the only reason I'm trying so hard and also because I'm at the age where my fertility declines.

Hey, so sorry for the loss of your little boy. I completely understand the urge to try again asap. I lost my baby girl in December 2022 when she was a month old. Had by c section too. Immediately after losing her and for weeks after trying again was all I could think about. It was so consuming. We have been unofficially trying for two months now. I say unofficially because I haven’t been tracking anything just having sex around what I think is my my fertile window.
You could be having implantation bleeding. The only way to know is to wait a few days and test. Or it could be your period starting. Do you normally spot beforehand?

I’m so sorry you lost your baby. I know exactly the desperate feeling of wanting to conceive after losing a child, although my dc was older when they died, I was desperate to have another baby.

Have you spoken to a dr about ttc so soon after a c section? Your body won’t have healed properly yet and you have an increased risk of rupture.

I hope you get the positive test soon.
