Ovulation discomfort

Hello all!

Just interested to hear others and how they feel during ovulation.

I do suffer with Endo but I luckily don’t get bad periods.

Im ovulating right now and I’m really bloated.
My lower back feels really heavy and like it’s dragging. I also feel pressure to pee.
It’s not a pain just really yuck and uncomfortable like I’ve done my back in.

Anyone else get this?

Oh yes! I get really bad cramp on one side when I ovulate from my right ovary. Like all day, sometimes worse than period pain. I thought it might be scar tissue from when I had my appendix out but the doctor couldn't find anything to back that up.

My ovulation pain is so much worse than any period cramps I've had. I find that walking is really uncomfortable as every step makes my ovaries "shake" and it is so painful! I get the bloat and backache too.
