Hycosy referral - CD16

Hi all
Been TTC for a fair while with no luck. Through NHS we’ve had all blood tests and sperm analysis and the results will be given to us at our next appt where I have the Hycosy. I’ve worked out I should be around CD16 on the date of the test
Reading up, others seem to have the test on CD 5-10 is CD16 way too late? Assuming we can’t DTD if I do go on CD16 as if (by some miracle) I conceive that month the Hycosy will not be suitable so I will lose that month TTC.
Should I try to rearrange for CD 5-10? Also has anyone else had all their other results at the Hycosy appt or should there be another follow up?
Any advice on the process would be really appreciated, kind of bricking it after hearing that it’s really quite painful!

Hi @over30sclub im actually having a hycosy tomorrow, will be cd10. From what I’ve heard you should have it early on in the cycle between cd6-cd10. Last cycle I couldn’t have it as was too late in the cycle. They shouldn’t really do it if there is a chance of conception already happened otherwise could technically flush out the embryo.
