Preparing for FET Summer 2023

Hi everyone, starting a thread for anyone else who might be preparing for a FET cycle in the coming couple of months.

I've just closed my first round of IVF today, no fresh transfer as my body went a bit nuts despite mild protocol, so looking to prepare as best I can for a frostie transfer in June or July!

Big hugs to everyone going through/who has gone through IVF at whichever stage you're in, I found it super tough and frankly think we're all incredible. X

Hello! I’m due to start for June transfer… somewhat nervous! First time for me, and using my partner’s eggs…

Hey xx I'm having a second FET in June. Our issues are sub-fertility due to low sperm. I'm going for the first of two baseline scans tomorrow. The first FET back in March implanted but the HCG levels fizzled off to nothing at around 11dpt. I have 4 frosties left, so going again. It's been about 15 months of trying now which I know is not as long as some. Seeing bumps, announcements etc the envy is so intense it's wearing me down. Glad to be on here sharing with you ladies xx

Hoping we all have a good month, and sending hugs. I get it - I haven’t had to go through the same as we are a lesbian couple, but we are in our early 40s and it’s been rough getting here too, am also fed up with feeling like I inhabit a different world on this to all my friends!
