TTC for 20 months, just had a MMC. Will i have to wait ages for Drs to take me seriously again ?

Df and i were TTC the baby we have just lost for a long time, Drs just kept fobbing me off and i was told to go back after 2 years We've just had a MMC at 13 weeks and now i'm worried that i wont get pregnant again and that i'll have to wait another 2 years for any kind of investigations Does anyone know what the guidelines are regarding this ?

Don't think there are any guidelines sarah, but your dr should be sympathetic to your situation, if not change dr. They will say that the good news is you can concieve. I found it took nearly a year to conceive, I then had a mc and conceived very quickly afterwards, now 25 weeks pregnant, Sometimes the body is strange thing, maybe things will happen a bit quicker this time. I think when I stopped trying we concieved.

Thanks for replying I am hoping this pregnancy will have given my hormones a kick up the backside and i might not find it so hard to get PG again, its so difficult not to worry myself stupid !
