Hi everyone,

I’ve just found out today that our first cycle ttc wasn’t successful (negative FRER and AF arrived). I don’t think I did ovulation testing properly last month and I want to make sure I can pinpoint ovulation to give us the best chance of conceiving this cycle.

I have lots of easy @ home tests. When should I start testing? How often and what time of day do you test? I have a very regular 29 day cycle. I would appreciate any advice!

TIA! X

I’d start around a week after your period. Don’t use first morning urine and test between 10am-8pm. Try to keep to roughly the same time every day. Use the premom app as well to track them. Once you see a rise test twice a day.

I did mine after work so around 6pm ish. Once I saw a rise start I tested twice a day. Once you’ve got your peak ovulation will occur 24-48 hours afterwards.

Ime day 12 to day 17. 2pm and 10pm.. I caught an +opk every month. Usually day 14. Use a fertility app to advise which day to start testing.
