Anovulatory cycle - when to expect AF?

Hey girls, I can't find any info on line about when to expect a period after a non ovulation cycle. Does anyone know if your luteal phase stays the same?

I have a 29 day cycle and usually a 14 day luteal phase but I haven't ovulated this month (confirmed with BBT). Any insight would be great x

I’m unsure about not ovulating but I know my LP changes from 13-15 days from cycle to cycle so it can be different each cycle

@overthinkersanonnymus - sorry this is a old thread but experiencing the same thing at the moment.

Similiar to you cant find anything on this - if you track periods - interested to know when your cycle arrived after this cycle?

@Optimistic66 I think Im going through the same thing on cycle day 28 no LH surge and BBT has stayed around the same - cramping today so wondering if AF is on the way even though my cycle usually averages around 31 days. When did your cycle arrive please?

Mine arrived day 40 - even though i didnt ovulate - my period was normal in it self - slightly lighter.

Its the most frustrating thing ever - I feel like i lost 6 weeks in the TTC journey.

@Optimistic66 Im on cycle day 29 at the minute - hoping AF doesn't take too long. I know exactly what you mean - so devastated we've lost a potential month . We're trying for our Rainbow and it's been a year now of trying, so starting to feel the desperation setting in each month.

Do you know if you've ovulated yet this cycle? Fingers crossed this is your month!

@PocketMom I feel you - i am desperate month on month and each time i get a negative/period - i feel devestated - just wish it was my turn.

I'm CD13 today and havent ovulated yet- but tend to ovulate day 19-22 usually so still some time. So nervous that I wont ovulate again....

FINGERS crossed that its your month too! How are you tracking? BBT and ovulation sticks?

@Optimistic66 - I feel exactly the same, the roller coaster of up and down emotions every month, is a lot to handle.

Yeah I track with sticks and BBT - I use the Premom app for all my tracking which is pretty useful. Helps you visualise your cycles really well with charts and things.
