Could adrenalin injection and steroids affect a baby shortly after conception?

I have a peanut allergy and had to have an adrenalin jab and steroids recently. I had to have them because I ate peanuts by accident and had an dangerous reaction and could not breathe.
I am now due my next period and a bit late, we are not actively trying for a baby but I know there could be a possibility I am pregnant. Working out my dates it looks like I had the jab and drugs around the time of ovulation. Now I am really worried if pregnant the drugs could affect the baby. I asked my GP and he said it should not but he is not 100%... so I am a little worried.
Does anyone know if I should be worried?
I was going to buy a pregnancy test today but I thought I would wait another day or so. Spent so much with the leading up to my last pregnancy. I was a regular at boots
All smells are bothering me, I feel queasy, dont want to drink alcohol and keep getting dizzy spells.

Were the steroids prednisolone?
They are ok in pregnancy, I was on them throughout mine.

Not sure, they were basically to help open the airways or reduce the swelling my nose. I could not get an air through my nostrils whatsoever and they said they would help. Very small white tablets like mini paracetemol.

the gp has not had the paperwork from the hospital... will call again next week.

it was more the adrenalin jab he was unsure about.
