Conceiving with one fallopian tube after ectopic?

I had an ectopic pregnancy 3 weeks ago which resulted in emergency surgery to remove my right fallopian tube.
Has anyone successfully conceived with only one tube fairly quickly after trying?
Looking for some hope and success stories as I just feel deflated and like this is never going to happen 😫

A girl in work with me tried for years to have a baby. First pregnancy was ectopic. She went on to have 4 babies.

stay hopeful x

My friend has 2 unplanned children and has only one fallopian tube! She was worried too that she would be somewhat less fertile but now she's more stressed about accidently getting pregnant again 😅

My SIL had an ectopic resulting in her tube being removed. A year or so later she had a lovely healthy son.

Sending you lots of positive vibes 💐

I had my left tube removed following an ectopic in Sept 2021. I conceived again in April 2022 which ended in a mc (unrelated) but am now 34w pregnant.

I have a history of recurrent mc and it did take me longer to conceive post surgery than previously, but not by loads.

I had an ectopic and lost my right tube. My specialist advised me not to try for three months just to give my mind and body time to heal . Got pregnant second month of trying. Have 2 lovely babies now. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Had left tube removed after ectopic rupture Nov 2011, DS was born Dec 2012. No underlying issues for me.

There is another thread asking the same which was posted a little while back. I think there were lots of success stories. Flowers

Im so sorry for your loss ❤️ My mum had one fallopian tube due to an ectopic and had two children! The fallopian tubes aren't actually fixed to each ovary like it looks in diagrams, so your remaining tube will move to meet the egg from the other ovary if that one ovulates!
