Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I've never had late periods so I assume never late ovulation, always fallen pregnant around predicted o dates ect, the second I start tracking ovulation ect to try for another baby ( even though I didn't need too track really ) my cycles have taken a turn for the worst I'm ovulating like 11 days late, which means 11 day late periods ect ... what is going on? Has this happened to anyone else? Where they have just all of a sudden started having late ovulation?
Just worried as I've read this means I'm less likely to become pregnant. Xx

Late ovulation usually means a shorter luteal phase, however if your periods are late by the same amount, then your body will still have the same amount of time for a fertilised egg to implant. How long have they changed for? I've found this time TTC my periods went all over the place the first few months, but they've evened out now. No answer as to why that was specifically, but I know hormones and stress can affect periods, and more sex = more hormones, and TTC = more stress, so I assumed that's why!

Hiya, if it's any comfort I've always had long cycles (between 31 and 54 days over the past year, although don't have PCOS according to both blood tests and ultrasound) and I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant, fell on the second cycle and that was after ovulating around day 29 of cycle!
