Big Temp Drop 4dpo

Not sure why?! It drop by .23 this morning below the coverline.

I did get up at 4.30 to tend to the LO, but previously I’ve taken temp at wake up time and then normal time and there has only been a minimal change (i.e. 0.02).

I’ve never had this on any of my charts previously.

It’s too early for implantation dip.

curious to see if anyone had this before

I often have one about 4/5 dpo, I've been told it's an estrogen dip.

Will have to see what it does tomorrow. Hopefully will go back up
