Pregnancy after recurrent miscarriages

Really keen to hear experiences from others who are TTC after recurrent miscarriages!

I've had three in the past year, my last one being in Feb 2023. I've had a period in between and now in the TWW. I've got one DD already and really want a second but panicking that it'll never happen. All of my miscarriages have happened in early pregnancy.

I've been told about 75mg Aspirin and Progesterone pessaries. I'm taking Folic Acid, B12, Vit D, Vit C and Zinc. Is there anything else I could try? Anything that's worked?

Hi I am so sorry you are going through this. I had 5 last year same as you all early losses and I have a 2.5 year old son after 4 years ttc due to fertility issues. I am currently nearly 13 weeks. I was prescribed 150mg aspirin 800mg progesterone. I also took Methyl Folate instead of folic acid, high dose of vitamin D, Proceive Max supplements, and NAC, L-Arginine, Zita West DHA and CoQ10 to help with egg quality as I am 36. In all cycles I also used a version of the Fertil-lily cup, preseed and took a cough medicine before ovulation until after ovulation which contained Guaifenesin. I really hope your new prescription works for you fingers crossed and all the best X
