BBT no ovulation - AF coming?

It’s my first month back off the pill TTC another baby and I thought I would temp to check for ovulation.

I temped previously with Ovusense as it took the guesswork out but I’m now temping vaginally at 6am but didn’t start until CD 10. I used to ovulate around CD11.

I’ve not seen a shift and my temp has dropped daily so looks like AF is coming and this first cycle is anovulatory.

Anyone had an anovulatory cycle on the first one off the pill? Is it normal?

@Redpanda21 first cycle off the pill I ovulated late, on cd20! looks like you're still waiting for ovulation to me it's early for AF!

But also everyone is different esp after coming off the pill so it's hard to tell...

DTD last night and had a good temp rise this morning, so see the next couple of days if it stays up.

Not a lot of spermies waiting but it only takes one!

Looks perfect... so it was just a few days delayed... 😀Fingers crossed for you! I'm just a few days infront of you cycle wise I'm on 5DPO today...

@suz2285 nice to have ovulated and it not be early ovulation.

Just a passenger now, and hopefully a sperm meets the egg nicely.

Do you test early or wait for AF normally?

@Redpanda21 yeah just a passenger indeed! we've had a slightly different pattern of DTD this month due to my being away for a few days and then both of us being absolutely exhausted over ovu time! so we shall see....

i'm a wait for AF type! if nothing by 12 DPO i'll test then probably!

@suz2285 We only DTD day off and 4 days before ovulation.

I think I’ll be testing before the weekend has finished! Although I might see if I get a temp spike which is what happened when I conceived last time.

@Redpanda21 let me know if you do test! I always want to wait as I don't want any 'omg is this a line' 😂 I want it to be clear hahah!

I've had a sore throat the last two days and shooting pains in boobs! But not sure if it's just normal or what...

I had a MC at the end of Feb and the shooting pains have been on and off since then, in the luteal phase... so I don't know that it means anything other than hormone fluctuations! As well as random cramping, which is on and off!

I had sore throat on implantation day and temp rise by .20 Tested 48 hours after my temp rise and it was BFP.

I can’t test at 8dpo, but could at 9dpo I suppose. I think I’ll have to buy 2 double packs of FRER as the urge to pee will be too strong! 😂 Or I might wait and see what my temps do!

Think I'll try and hold out until next Monday 😂 or Sunday.... Sunday would only be around 11dpo and I don't have any early tests just the easy @ home ones which are 25ml sensitivity I think! Last time I waited till 14dpo and it was a good line!

I'm sure I had a sore throat last time during my bfp too but it feels early this time, I'm not sure if I'm 5-6 dpo as both apps are saying something different as my temp rise wasn't until 2 days after LH peak so one has put me one day and the other the day after 😂
