HELP first month doing BBT

Hey, Can anyone tell me if this is looking normal for BBT I have finally been consistent doing it this month. My OPK said I ovulated on day 15. I'm now 6 dpo. Any advice is welcomed x

Looks perfect to me, with BBT you are just looking for a sustained temp shift upward after ovulation, with the temps before being under that temp, which is exactly what you've got. Mine drops back down again right before AF arrives and the time i did get a BFP it stayed up.... and then I stopped temping after that, so far my BBT has been very helpful at letting me know what's going on, along with OPK's it really helps with timing and then knowing that you actually did ovulate (when you get the temp shift you know)

Thankyou @TTC0123 and @suz2285. We've been TTC for 2.5yrs. I dont ovulate regularly due to pcos so I'm glad that the month I do BBT I have ovulated, I now know what to look for. Let's up my temp stays elevated 🤞 x
