Best way to track ovulation?

For background we will be ttc baby number 2 in a few months. My period has recently returned (still BFing son who is 15 months old). He was an IVF baby but natural conception could still be possible. I have PCOS and used to have irregular cycles but will see where my cycles are at now.
I don't think I ever used to ovulate but last month and this month around the same time I've had "ovulation " symptoms .. few cramps and lots of EWCM.
What's the best way to track ovulation ?
I need easy quick methods for a busy mum.
Thanks in advance

Ovulation sticks + bbt tracking is quick and can be done at home.

Ovulation sticks, I used easy@home and the premom app was so easy. BBT was no good for me as I have a restless toddler so temping before getting out of bed just wasn’t doable. Still tracked fine and caught first cycle

Oh yeah I have a teething toddler so I don't think checking temp would be accurate. We were up about 5 times last night.
What ovulation sticks would you recommend ?

I used the easy@home ones. You can get big boxes from Amazon they were great

My understanding is that ovulation sticks often give wrong results if you have PCOS because that can cause hormonal surges which don’t actually end in ovulation. I have PCOS and have found the sticks not very useful, as I then don’t end up ovulating when they say I will. I think temping is more useful to confirm whether you have ovulated (though doesn’t predict in advance), I use ovucore which sits inside you overnight and measures the temp that way, then you don’t have to worry about broken sleep or getting up at a particular time.
