Hi all,

I am 34 year old, have 6 year old daughter.

I have under active thyroid. trying to convince for 4-5 months but until now there is no luck as well as I feel very exhausted during my period time & sharp pain after ovulation.

Please suggestion me for diet, exercises or any helpful information to improve my health

I had an underactive thyroid for years, which went overactive after I gave birth.

I conceived after starting levothyroxine after I paid privately to see an endocrinologist. My GP refused to treat the underactive thyroid as my tsh wasn't above 10.

I have since done a lot of research and there's a lot that you can do to help thyroid issues. I've cut out gluten and cow dairy plus I eat an Anti-inflammatory diet. I've found that this has helped my thyroid levels come to more normal levels. Also, stress reduction is a big help-yoga, mindfulness, meditation, whatever helps you relax.

I've since conceived since eating this way, so carrying on with the diet and lifestyle is important to me and I'm praying that the stress of pregnancy doesn't trigger any problems.

Good luck, and baby dust to you!
