Vitamin B6 Short Luteal Phase

Just looking for advice from some people who have tried B6 for a short luteal phase.

I have two DC (Age 3 & 15 months) who were conceived in the first and 4th month trying. No idea what my LP was like then because i’d been on the pill and fell pregnant immediately with DC 1 and with DC2 my cycles hadnt regulated when I fell pregnant.

I decided not to go back on contraception after DC2 and since my periods returned (took 6 months because of breastfeeding) my cycles have varied from 21-25 days (usually months 22, I think i’ve only had one 21 day cycle). Not currently TTC but planning to try in a few months so ive been trying to work out what is going on in my body. I used OPK’s for a few months and then decided to start tracking BBT last month. I think I ovulate around day 12 with a 9/10 day LP.

Although I have no spotting I’m concerned by the shorter cycles and particularly the luteal phase & worried this will cause issues for TTC.

Ive started taking 500mg Vit C and then trying to make sure that I have enough in my diet to take me up to at least 750mg per day. I’ve read lots about vit b6 and how it can lengthen the luteal phase. I’ve bought b complex with 50mg b6 but having seen the nhs website don’t recommend b6 at such high doses and also that it can delay ovulation i’m reluctant to take it.

Can anyone share their experiences of taking b6 and/or ttc with short cycles and LP?

Sorry this is so long just wanted to give some background
