Hi ladies.

Me and my husband have been trying for 18 months. We have had one pregnancy that ended in early miscarriage. I have been amd had all my bloods done, and everything has come back fine. (I'm 38). My husband had his semen analysis done and it has come back as morphology 3%. When it should be over 4%. Everything else seemed fine. We have a joint appointment on 21st April. To discuss, but i was just wondering if any of you have any experience of this, maybe with good outcomes, or if any of you know any vitamins, supplements. Or anything can improve this?

Thank you xx

Following with interest as we also have 3% morphology. The lab that tested suggested that it’s high enough to fall pregnant naturally. We've had 3 chemicals so know I can conceive but the same lab guy also said low morphology can cause early miscarriages.

I’m not sure on the answer to your query but my husband took selenium as I read it was good for sperm quality

my partner has 3% but I didn't realise it was an issue as our results sheet (aus) recommends 3% or above. Test was two years ago and he is retesting next week so will be able to see the different.

he has significantly improved diet and exercise , quit smoking and reduced drinking . Hoping for a bump up in results.

We have had one early miscarriage already.
