I have had 5 rounds of IUI with donor sperm, all unsuccessful.
I've just found out that the clinic have been using only one vial of MOT10 sperm each time instead of the recommended 2 vials (MOT20 is recommended, so we told them to use 2 vials if needed to make it up to this).
They haven't communicated with us properly about this and it's probably the reason it hasn't worked yet, because they haven't been using enough samples!
Has anyone has success doing IUI with MOT10? Is this something I should be making a fuss about? I don't know whether I should complain or not. Our clinic are awful and get so many things wrong with terrible communication.
Any advice/ experiences?
