Hello everyone,
I am a little confused with my bbt chart. I’m on day 10 post ovulation. I know I’ve ovulated based on my chart - this is as far as my knowledge goes.
after ovulation however I can see one big spike and one big dip and everything in between. Can anyone offer some insight into what this chart post ovulation could possibly mean? I would appreciate your guidance.
